EXPERTISE
Monia Karmass is a Swiss qualified Attorney‐at‐Law specialised in the legal representation and consulting of sports and business clients.
Further to her admission to the Swiss Bar in 2018, Monia has participated in the European Lawyers Program in Edinburgh where she received practical training in Common-Law. She then joined Libra Law in January 2019 as an associate. She proceeds as counsel for clients from the sport industry (athletes, clubs, national and international federations, etc.) in international arbitration proceedings before the CAS and the internal bodies of sports federations. She also represents clients in ordinary judiciary proceedings before the Swiss courts, mainly in commercial and contractual litigation.
