With the support of Libra Law, Olympic champion Dmitry Ilinykh has reached an agreement with the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) following disciplinary proceedings initiated against him for an anti-doping offence.

Yvan Henzer is giving a lecture on evidence as part of a conference organised by the University of Neuchâtel on the subject of “Fundamental concepts of compensation: convergence and divergence”.

This lecture is published in a book edited by Professors Anne-Sylvie Dupont and Christoph Müller.

The law firm warmly congratulates Yvan Henzer on his appointment by the Conseil d’Etat as Chairman of the Fonds du Sport Vaudois for a five-year term (2023-2027). The mission of this foundation is to redistribute the profits of the Loterie Romande to sport in the canton of Vaud.

A specialist in sports law, Yvan joined Libra Law as a partner in 2016. He will continue his activities as a lawyer with the firm, as his new role as Chairman of the Fonds du Sport Vaudois is a part-time one.
