Yvan Henzer is a member of the Bar of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland). His practice focuses on dispute resolution, mainly in commercial matters. He assists his clients before the courts in contractual disputes or in the field of civil liability, where his skills are recognised by an FSA specialist qualification in civil liability and insurance law. He also regularly appears before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, where he has taken part in more than 60 arbitrations, mainly in the field of doping. Prior to joining Libra Law as a partner in 2016, he worked for eight years at Kellerhals Carrard, a leading firm specialising in sports and business law.
