After qualifying as attorney-at-law in 2018, Monia undertook practical Common-Law training in Edinburgh as part of the European Lawyers Program. She then joined Libra Law in January 2019 as an associate. She regularly appears as counsel before CAS and the internal bodies of sports federations as a legal representative of athletes, clubs, federations and agents in a wide variety of sports disputes, including anti-doping, as well as in ordinary legal proceedings before the Swiss courts, mainly in commercial and contractual disputes.
